Excellent location if you dont want to be somewhere that feels local and authentic, but still very close to District 1. I have been to this city 7 times and I would have to rate the value of this hotel to be quite high. Its very reasonably priced for what you get. The cleaners do a good job and the bed was firm-comfortable (standard in vietnam). I see some other reviews complaining about having to pay for water bottles, the restaurant, etc. but guess what? You dont have to buy any of this stuff if you dont like the price. There are convenience stores (with super cheap prices) right at the entrance of the hotel and a very long street with a huge variety of local foods right around the corner. Didnt you want to explore local street food options while visiting Vietnam anyway? Well this hotel's location enables you to do that very easily.
